This policy describes how we process the personal data of people who visit advancedsecuritytools.com or contact us through it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Callback requests: we use your name, phone number and selected service to respond to your request and, where appropriate, take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). These details are retained under the enquiry retention criteria below. The callback form is separate from job applications.
With your analytics consent, we measure successful form submissions and clicks on telephone or WhatsApp links. These measurement events do not include your name, email address, telephone number or message text.
We do not process special categories of data. Please do not include health data, political opinions, sexual orientation or other specially protected data in your messages or CV.
We do not carry out profiling or make automated decisions that affect you.
Fields marked as mandatory in the forms are necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to do so.
3. Retention period
- Enquiries: for as long as necessary to handle them and, afterwards, duly blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities. If the enquiry leads to a commercial relationship, the periods specific to that relationship will apply.
- Applications: up to one year from receipt, unless you request their deletion earlier or authorise us to keep them for longer.
- Analytics cookies: according to the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
4. Recipients and data processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we rely on the following providers, who act as data processors under contract:
- Hitme.pl: website hosting.
- Informatica-24h.net (Collado Villalba, Madrid): technical maintenance of the website.
- Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics (statistics, only with your consent), reCAPTCHA (form security).
International transfers: the use of Google services may involve the transfer of data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities or, failing that, by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission by means of an SSL/TLS certificate, access controls, protection against unauthorised access attempts and backups. In the event of a security breach that entails a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay.
7. Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals. Children under 14 may not provide us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians.
